Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure that the tasks are completed within the plan of work
- Record all the control costs, resources and productivity on the site
- Understand drawings and symbols as well as all their specifications and details
- Set out construction work areas by using survey techniques and principles
- Ensure that sub-contractors complete work within the scheduled program
- Assist in the requisition of the procurement construction materials
- Ensure proper storage of construction materials
- Maintain the necessary site records
- Identify and select the correct equipment
- Identify priority areas for improvement
- Identify workplace hazards and risks and take corrective actions in a timely manner
- Determine and organise the resources required
Qualifications & Experience :
- HSC
- NTC 3 in Building Construction will be advantage
- At least 10 years' experience working in the construction sector
- Proven proficiency in developing protocols and procedures
- Proven proficiency in using Microsoft Project software
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
