Job Description

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting and formatting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for hotel departments
  • Assist the HR Consultant to work closely with Heads of Departments to document operational processes
  • Create clear and structured flowcharts for SOPs
  • Support in organizing and maintaining SOP documentation
  • Prepare basic reports and presentations on SOP progress

Requirements:

  • Currently studying or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in HR, Hospitality, Quality/ Business Administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to create flowcharts (Visio/PowerPoint or similar tools)
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn
