Job Description
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Each 2 hour you must do patrol and input information in the entry book.
- Asist all deliveries done by the supplier with the responsible person. All vehicle containing products must be checked as per list provided.
- All Absences &Lateness you must keep record. To check all vehicles before coming in or going out of the factory, these apply also for the employees having their own transport. Check Car boot(box) and 4X4 boot (cason)also.
- Record vehicle plate number and visitor’s name in the control book before the latter enters the factory.
- If there is an appointment then it must be listed in appointment copybook and must be verified and informed the concerned person on the arrival of the particular person.
