Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, coach, and schedule receptionist and concierge staff.
  • Guest Service Excellence: Ensure a welcoming environment, resolve guest complaints, and maintain high satisfaction standards.
  • Operational Control: Monitor front desk efficiency, manage check-in/check-out procedures, and oversee room bookings or administrative tasks.
  • Communication Hub: Act as a liaison between guests, housekeeping, maintenance, and upper management.
  • Financial & Safety Duties: Manage office budgets, inventory, and ensure compliance with security and health policies.
