Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Consults rooming list to take cognizance of work load such as number of rooms on arrival, departure and occupied;
- Consults special guests’ request list and plans service accordingly;
- Proceeds with cleaning and servicing of villa, rooms, terrace, other related areas and according to Hotel standards and procedures;
- Ensures that all rooms are ready prior to arrival guests;
Candidate Profile
- Certificate from the Hotel School or any other recognised institution;
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in hotel
- Good communication and organisational skills;
- Should possess a pleasant and outgoing personality;
- Able and willing to perform odd hours of work including Sundays, public holidays and cyclonic days;
- Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
