Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle company-generated leads, referral clients, and corporate accounts through calls and follow-ups, along with proactively generating new leads and acquiring new clients to drive business growth.
Design and deliver customized travel itineraries tailored to client needs and preferences.
Prepare accurate and detailed travel quotations and proposals with proper costing.
Effectively pitch travel services, build trust with clients, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Coordinate with Travel partners to ensure smooth service delivery and competitive pricing.
Stay updated with travel trends, destinations, and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A team player with a collaborative approach to work.

3–4 years of experience in travel sales or a similar role

Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients

Good understanding of travel products (inbound & outbound)
Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM systems

Strong ability to negotiate and close deals effectively

Proven capability to generate leads and develop new clients

Willing to travel domestically and internationally for corporate/group trips

Knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus or Galileo
