Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for opening the outlet
  • Coordinate appointments and manage the Optometrist’s agenda
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries related to sale functions.
  • Welcome, advise, guide the customer as best as possible according to their needs and prescriptions
  • Master the IT system (patient, client order, daily accommodation, etc.)
  • Manage the order process
  • Provide after-sales service
  • Any other task at the discretion of Management.

PROFILE OF CANDIDATE:
  • At least one year of experience in a profession in direct contact with customers
  • Clean certificate of character
  • Good communication in English and French
  • Good Team spirit
  • Seriousness and Punctuality at work

Candidates available immediately will be an advantage.
 
Candidates should be able to work on shift systems and odd hours.
