Job Description

The Responsibilities

As part of an exciting career in our client's Tax Practice, you will be working on multiple engagements for a wide range of clients on various domestic and international tax matters.

Duties include:
  • Prepare tax computations and tax returns of Global Business Companies, Domestic Companies and Individuals.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly tax reporting, including VAT, PAYE and TDS.
  • Assist on tax litigation and controversy matters.
  • Assist on tax advisory engagements and on any other relevant matters.
The Requirements
  • At least 5 years experience in Mauritius tax.
  • Preferred: Holding a first degree (any field) and/or having partly or fully completed a recognised professional qualification.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Has a keen interest in learning and building a fulfilling career in domestic and international taxation.
  • Qualities and skills required: Excellent Communication skills, Proactive, Good team spirit, Reliable and responsible, Quick learner, Strong attention to detail.
