Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Open and close dossiers and ensure that all related documents are filed and logged properly.
  • Contact client for clearance, authorization or any changes related to their shipment.
  • Do close follow up regarding hold shipment.
  • Monitor all misrouted/ undelivered shipments.
  • Call client for payment and overdue.
  • Input Data of export shipments on UPS System.
  • Handle customer complaints.
  • Liaise and follow up with Operations department in connection with work done. 
Qualification & Competencies:
  • Higher School Certificate or any other qualifications acceptable to Management.
  • 2 years working experience in Courrier and / or Freight Forwarding or related field.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills, both written and oral in English and French.
  • Well versed with Microsoft tools (Excel/Word and PowerPoint).
  • Dynamic and with a ‘Can Do’ attitude.
  • Should be team player, creative, proactive, resourceful and demonstrate professionalism.
  • Ready to work at odd hours and during week ends/public holidays.
