Job Description

As a Facility Technician at Lavastone Properties, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of our facilities. You will be entrusted with overseeing the maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, security, and overall functionality of our buildings, sites, and properties to create a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Repairs
  • Tenant Relations
  • Inventory and Supplies Management 
  • Documentation and Reporting 

Qualifications & Required competencies for the role: 

  • SC or equivalent  

  • Additional technical certification or vocational training in facility management, building maintenance, HVAC systems, or related fields is often preferred. 

  • Minimum 2 years related field experience. 

  • Keen eye for identifying maintenance needs and safety hazards. 

  • Problem-solving and organizational skills. 

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills. 

  • Work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture. 

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities as needed. 

  • Flexibility in accommodate emergencies, after-hours maintenance, and roster. 

  • Commitment to providing excellent service to tenants and occupants.
