Do you have strong organizational skills and enjoy working in a dynamic retail environment? Nabridas is looking for a motivated and service-oriented Indoor Sales & Showroom Representative to join our team and help drive customer satisfaction and shop efficiency across our pool shop network in the North

Key Responsibilities

Sales Duties:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Prepare accurate quotations and invoices.
• Stay updated on Nabridas’ products and industry trends.
• Collect and compare competitor product information and pricing.
• Represent Nabridas at trade fairs and sales events (e.g., Salon de la Maison).
• Provide support at other pool shop locations when needed.
• Follow up with customers on quotations via phone or email.

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate and organized sales records and prospect databases.
• Monitor and replenish stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Report stock discrepancies and ensure proper stock management practices.
• Handle petty cash and daily sales transactions as per Finance protocols.
• Acknowledge receipt and dispatch of packages, documents, and deliveries.
• Ensure a clean, tidy, and welcoming showroom environment.

Who You Are:

• HSC or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to quickly adapt to new software tools.
• Fluent in French and English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
• Comfortable handling both sales and administrative tasks.
• Fast learner, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Customer service-driven, dynamic, and pleasant personality.
