Job Description

Life Together is looking for a results-driven and analytical Marketing Manager 

About the Role

The Marketing Manager will be responsible to lead marketing and communication initiatives across Life Together, a growing network of healthcare clinics and services in Mauritius. The Marketing Manager will develop and execute data-driven strategies based on market insights, patient needs, and performance trends — strengthening brand visibility, supporting patient acquisition, and driving the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Research & Insights:

  • Conduct and analyse market research on patient behaviour, competitive landscape, and service perception.
  • Liaise with clinic directors and operational teams to identify marketing needs and opportunities.
  • Create and conduct surveys, internally or with third-party research partners, to gather patient and stakeholder insights.
  • Use data analytics and feedback tools to design patient-centric strategies that support decision-making.

2. Strategic Contribution & Reporting

  • Develop integrated marketing and communication strategies aligned with Life Together’s strategic objectives.
  • Prepare quarterly marketing and communication plans with measurable actions and deliverables.
  • Prepare monthly dashboards summarising KPIs, marketing performance, and past actions to present to management and operational teams for continuous improvement.

3. Marketing & Communication Management on Projects

  • Lead marketing and communication initiatives for key projects, launches, and service lines.
  • Coordinate with the Brand Manager to ensure brand identity and tone are applied consistently.
  • Oversee the production of communication materials, digital content, and campaign assets.
  • Track and evaluate project outcomes through KPIs and analytics to assess impact and ROI.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with clinic teams, doctors, and operational managers to ensure engagement and alignment.
  • Work closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to design marketing actions that strengthen reach, lead generation, and patient conversion.
  • Partner with the Property Brand Experience & Strategist to integrate patient experience insights into communication initiatives.
  • Support internal teams with promotional tools, content, and communication materials tailored to their needs.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing or brand management, ideally in healthcare, hospitality, or service industries.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and executing integrated marketing plans.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and performance analytics.
  • Experience in managing external agencies and research partners is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French.
  • Solid grasp of brand positioning, customer journey mapping, and service marketing.
  • Skilled in multitasking and managing simultaneous projects with precision.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to engage diverse internal and external stakeholders.
