Job Description

Life Together is looking for a Project Manager (Property & Infrastructure)

 

Mission

Lead and deliver infrastructure and development projects across Life Together clinics, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives, medical needs and operational execution.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Structuring & Planning

  • Translate strategic and medical inputs into clear project briefs
  • Define functional requirements (space planning, flows, adjacencies)
  • Establish timelines, budgets and phasing strategies

2. Design & Consultant Coordination

  • Manage architects, designers, engineers and consultants
  • Ensure alignment between design, medical needs and operations
  • Lead coordination meetings and follow-ups

3. Budget & Procurement

  • Work with QS and Finance on budgeting and cost tracking
  • Support tendering and contractor selection

4. Project Delivery & Site Coordination

  • Coordinate contractors and works on site
  • Ensure delivery on time, within budget and required quality
  • Manage constraints in a live clinical environment

5. Technical & Operational Interface

  • Liaise with maintenance, biomedical, IT and clinic teams
  • Ensure integration of equipment and infrastructure

6. Risk Management

  • Identify risks early and propose mitigation strategies
  • Adapt project scope when required

7. Reporting & Communication

  • Provide regular updates to Head of Strategic Development Projects
  • Prepare reports and decision-support materials

 

Profile

Experience

  • 5–10+ years in project management (construction, healthcare or infrastructure)
  • Experience managing projects end-to-end
  • Experience in live environments is a strong plus

  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management
  • Ability to bridge strategy, technical and operational topics
  • High level of organisation and autonomy
  • Problem-solving mindset

Mindset

  • Hands-on and pragmatic
  • Strong ownership and accountability
  • Comfortable in fast-moving environments
  • Solution-oriented
  • Would have to move from site to site in order to overview the various projects.
