Main Responsibilities:

• Consults list of arrivals and departures to take cognizance of work load and assigns duties to valets by issuing separate room occupancy reports;
• Gives instruction to valets for immediate preparation of rooms for guests;
• Draws the list of rooms ready after inspection for letting and hands over to head Housekeeper for submission to Front Office;
• Prepares report on occupancy of rooms to supervise and inspect cleaning works, ensuring orderliness and cleanliness or readiness of rooms to accommodate guests;
• Ensures that rooms surroundings and corridors are kept clean and give appropriate directions to cleaners for necessary actions;
• Keeps a good level of personal hygiene and do spot checks of trolleys and pantries to ensure that they are kept in an orderly way by valets
