Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including interviewing,  candidate selection and preparing employment contracts
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and induction processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, monitor leave management, and securely file HR documents in compliance with company policies
  • Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance management processes
  • Organise and coordinate staff training and professional development initiatives
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination between management and employees
  • Support workplace health and safety practices for a positive workplace environment
  • Perform general administrative duties to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation

Requirements & Skills:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management
  • Sound knowledge of HR pratices and employment legislation
  • Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of discretion and bility to handle confidential information
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar HR and Administrative role
