Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including interviewing, candidate selection and preparing employment contracts
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, monitor leave management, and securely file HR documents in compliance with company policies
- Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance management processes
- Organise and coordinate staff training and professional development initiatives
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between management and employees
- Support workplace health and safety practices for a positive workplace environment
- Perform general administrative duties to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation
Requirements & Skills:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management
- Sound knowledge of HR pratices and employment legislation
- Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion and bility to handle confidential information
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar HR and Administrative role
