RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure efficient operation, general maintenance, preventive maintenance, service, and repair of kitchen appliances, refrigeration and equipment.
Schedule monthly preventive maintenance inspections on all kitchen equipment and appliances.
Perform service and mechanical repairs on all kitchen equipment and appliances; perform all repairs, maintenance replacement of parts for preventive maintenance schedule and accurately record all pertinent data.
Continually assess the preventive maintenance schedule to ensure that equipment longevity, avoidance of repairs and decrease of operation.
Coordinate all activities and repairs with supervisory personnel, install new equipment and systems as directed.
Make all necessary repairs to maintain the property operations; respond to repair orders promptly and efficiently to avoid service disruption.
Maintain, service and repair of refrigeration units, walk-in refrigerators and freezers
