Job Description

The role is ideal for a proactive individual who can handle administrative tasks, contribute to content creation, and support digital platforms such as social media and the company website.

 

Key Responsibilities

1) Marketing & Administrative Support

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing activities.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to the marketing department.
  • Support internal reporting, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners when required.
2) Content Creation & Social Media
  • Assist in creating content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Schedule and publish posts.
  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Support basic design or content formatting (visuals, captions, etc.).
3) Website Management
  • Update website content (products, banners, pages, etc.)
  • Ensure information is accurate and up to date.

4) Event & Campaign Support

  • Assist in the organisation of corporate events, webinars, and campaigns.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Degree holder in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing / Design.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing basics.
  • Knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.).
  • Familiarity with website management is a plus.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English & French.
  • Serious, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work independently and take initiative.
  • Proactive with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
