We rely on the Sports and Leisure Associate to:

- Attend to all guests who use the Sports & Recreation facilities with a warm welcoming ensuring a positive guest experience.

- Do programs that suit individual goals of guest, respond to guest inquiries, issues and other information.

- Sell activities like E-Bikes, Padel, Tennis, Eco-Kayak and others.

- Ensure all set up and breakdown of equipment and materials before and after games & activities.

- Maintain the cleanliness of the Sports & Recreation area.including club, padel court, tennis court and others.

- Check and replenish amenities at the start and end of her/his shift.like water, towels, cooler box with ice etc.

- Maintain good relationships with colleagues and contributes to team spirit.

- Adhere to specified hygiene and personal appearance standards of the Resort.

- Maintain the highest standard of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards clients and colleagues.

- Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

-Diploma/Degree in Fitness-Sports/Coaching

Physically fit to assist in all activities and facilities provided to our guests and athletic built.

- Proficient in oral and written English and French, a third language would be a plus.

- Experience in sports event, organization or a customer service would be advantageous.

- First aid certification.
