Job Description

The Revenue Management Control Specialist will report to the Chief Financial Officer and will work closely with the Revenue Management and E-Distribution teams.

The incumbent will:

  • Monitor daily rate loading activities across Opera Cloud, SynXis, and booking engines.
  • Review and verify tactical offers and promotional campaigns before activation.
  • Validate offset calculations and promotional rate applications.
  • Conduct regular audits of rate loading processes and system interfaces.
  • Prepare monthly compliance reports for SVP Revenue and CFO/GFM sign-off.
  • Reconcile revenue data across multiple systems and platforms.
  • Coordinate with E-Distribution specialists to resolve rate discrepancies.
  • Support month-end revenue reporting and variance analysis.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Tertiary education at Degree Level in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management or any related field from a recognised institution or equivalent qualifications.

 

PREVIOUS PERFORMANCE

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, audit, or hospitality operations.
  • Previous exposure to hotel revenue management systems preferred.

  • Knowledge of revenue management principles.
  • Experience with audit procedures.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter, efficient with time management, technical skills and goal oriented.
  • Highly interactive, people friendly and a great team player.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Package.
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English and French.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • A clean certificate of character is a must.
