  • Support the Marketing & Sales Manager in developing sales strategies and customer engagement plans
  • Generate leads and manage sales opportunities through CRM tools
  • Identify and promote products that best align with company capabilities
  • Conduct costing and negotiate prices while achieving sales targets
  • Perform forecasting and assist in capacity planning (sampling & production)
  • Coordinate with customers regarding payments and timelines
  • Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends
  • Prepare presentations and materials for client visits and marketing trips
