Job Description

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

On the job training by assisting serving advisors in their daily tasks in the following:

  • Greet customers and offer excellent customer experience from intake to delivery of vehicles.
  • determine and diagnose vehicle issues based on customer’s description/vehicle verification.
  • Follow up with service appointment and booking with planning officer.
  • Generate estimates of repairs and quotation for customers.
  • Liaise with Workshop Coordinator/Engineers and Parts Advisor to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Keep record of all service repair order and update the customer database.
  • Ensure an excellent customer service as per the Company procedures and standards.

 REQUIREMENTS

  • HSC Certificate or Diploma
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other IT tools

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
