Job Description

PREMIER FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED is expanding and seeking to recruite Corporate Administrators within its corporate department:

The duties and responsibilities involved are as follows:

-Handle a portfolio of GBCs, Authorised Companies and Trusts.

-Carry out all secretarial and administrative works within client portfolio under supervision of team leader.

-Assisting on new incorporation requests / bank account opening requests.

-Conducting file reviews and update physical file records.

-Ensuring compliance related works are carried out on clients.

-Liaising with banks for account opening, payment processing and transaction monitoring.

-Monitoring of debtors lists within portfolio.

-Recording of timesheet in a prompt manner.

-Maintaining client records and others.

Profile:

-Bachelor’s degree in an acceptable field

-Minimum 1 year experience in Management Company

-Team player

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
