Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer or supplier payments accurately, including cash, card, and refunds.
  • Maintain and reconcile the cash drawer at the start and end of each shift.
  • Provide courteous assistance when handling payment‑related queries.
  • Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and compliant with company policies.
  • Follow all safety, security, and cash‑handling procedures

Qualifications

  • Minimum HSC or undergoing studies in Finance and Banking
  • Prior HR exposure or internship is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools.
  • Discreet and professional in handling information.
