Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate accounting records: posting of transactions, ledger reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparation of management reports and financial statements.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Assist with VAT, tax and other statutory filings.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure correct coding and timely approvals.
  • Prepare audit schedules and follow up on audit queries.
  • Maintain and update accounting systems.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma in Accounting or Finance; part ACCA qualification is an advantage.

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience preferred.

• Good knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.

• Strong MS Excel skills.

• Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.
