Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Reconcile invoices with contracts, credit notes, and supporting documents
- Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
- Follow up with customers to resolve billing queries and outstanding balances
- Record customer payments (cash, bank transfers, credit cards, cheques)
- Perform daily and monthly Accounts Receivable reconciliations
- Assist with credit control, including monitoring credit limits and payment terms
- Support month-end closing activities and audits
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes
Profile:
- Minimum HSC
- Self-motivated
- Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in Accounting procedures and general administrative tasks
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- 1–2 years’ experience in accounts receivable or general accounting
- Experience in hospitality or service industry is an advantage
