Job Description

  • Duties & Responsibilities: 

    • Reconcile invoices with contracts, credit notes, and supporting documents
    • Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
    • Follow up with customers to resolve billing queries and outstanding balances
    • Record customer payments (cash, bank transfers, credit cards, cheques)
    • Perform daily and monthly Accounts Receivable reconciliations
    • Assist with credit control, including monitoring credit limits and payment terms
    • Support month-end closing activities and audits
    • Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes

     

    Profile:

    • Minimum HSC
    • Self-motivated
    • Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office 
    • Knowledge in Accounting procedures and general administrative tasks
    • Good Interpersonal Skills
    • 1–2 years’ experience in accounts receivable or general accounting
    • Experience in hospitality or service industry is an advantage
