Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Involved in recruitment and maintenance of HR files and contracts.
  2. Experience in expat management recruitment and process will be an advantage.
  3. Well acquainted with HR processes and practices.
  4. Sound knowledge of IR and ERA.
  5. Experience in policies and procedures drafting.
  6. Assist in welfare activities.
  7. Sound understanding of performance mgt systems and implementation.
  8. Knowledge in payroll process.
  9. Maintain medical insurance Masterfile and process new joiners/leavers
  10. Provide data for HR reports and analysis
  11. Assist in organisation of welfare activities
  12. Assist with HR projects

Requirements:

  1. Degree in HRM.
  2. 2-3 years experience in the same position.
  3. Conversant in Sicorax HR and payroll.
  4. Excellent command of English and French both written and spoken.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. Autonomous, proactive, well organized and result driven.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
