We are looking for Bartenders to join our team at C Beach Club

Responsibilities

• Promote bar items as per upselling standards.
• Perform “mise en place” for cocktails and prepare drinks.
• Propose the cocktail of the day to guests
• Be aware of all cocktail recipes.
• Check stock levels of the bar, prepare requisitions and ensure replenishment is done timeously.
• Present bill to guests and ensure that they are signed or paid and post same on the system.
• Display bottles and ensure that glasses are polished.
• Ensure cleanliness of furniture, fixtures and equipment in respective bar.

Qualification & Experience

• SC level or equivalent, professional training and experience
• At least 1 year work-related experience in F&B operation in the related field
• Fluent both in English and French, a third language would be an advantage
