Key Accountabilities:
- Perform daily pick-ups and deliveries in the assigned region.
- Achieve individual set targets and productivity KPI’s
- Plan and follow efficient routes to maximise productivity.
- Handle packages with care to ensure items are not damaged during transit.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive attitude.
- Keep record of deliveries and complete necessary paperwork.
- Ensure that all packages have a delivery status or attempted delivery status.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Achievement of Targets
- Number of successful deliveries
- On time deliveries and collections
Qualifications & Experience:
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- English & French proficiency
- Physical fitness to load/unload packages as needed.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of industry products: Express, Freight
- At least 1 year of professional experience will be a prerequisite.
