Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Keep the kitchen and floor area clean, organized, and sanitized at all times.

  • Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, tables, and surfaces used for food preparation.

  • Properly arrange and utensils to support efficient cooking.

  • Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation tasks.

  • Help with unloading and storing kitchen supplies and food deliveries.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

  • Physical stamina to stand for long hours and lift/move kitchen equipment or supplies.

  • Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.

  • Good time management and organizational skills.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if needed.

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
