Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance and Repairs:

   • Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on a variety of mechanical systems and machinery.
   • Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective repair solutions to minimize downtime.
   • Adhere to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines while conducting maintenance tasks.

2. Technical Support:

   • Offer technical assistance and support to clients, addressing mechanical concerns and providing expertise to resolve issues efficiently.
   • Document and communicate technical information, ensuring clarity and understanding for non-technical clients.

3. Quality Control and Standards:

   • Ensure mechanical operations are conducted with the highest standard of quality and compliance.
   • Implement and uphold mechanical safety standards, procedures, and control measures within the work environment.
   • Keep accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.

4. Shift Work:

   • Work on a rotational shift basis to provide mechanical support as needed.
   • Adapt to varying shift schedules to maintain consistent mechanical operations and availability for client support.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in mechanical systems is preferred.
• Proven experience as a mechanic or in a related mechanical role.
• Proficiency in the use of rigging equipment and adherence to safety protocols.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
