Job Description
Overview of the Role 🔍
In this role, you will support the daily operations of the golf facilities by ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests across the course, driving range, and practice areas.
This role will be based in Moka.
Key Responsibilities 📋
- Welcome and assist golfers throughout their visit, providing clear information on facilities, services, and course rules
- Manage check-in procedures and support tee time coordination to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the driving range, including ball collection and maintaining cleanliness
- Ensure practice areas (putting and chipping areas) are properly set up and maintained
- Monitor the pace of play and communicate with relevant teams to ensure a positive guest experience
- Ensure golf carts are clean, well-maintained, and ready for use at all times
- Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly
- Support the pro shop with basic assistance when required (customer queries, stock, etc.)
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of golf events and tournaments
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe environment for guests and team members
Ideal Candidate Profile 🎯
- Interest or basic knowledge of golf is an advantage
- Previous experience in hospitality, sports, or outdoor operations preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical tasks
