Job Description
Overview of the Role 🔍
In this role, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the boutique by delivering excellent customer service, supporting sales activities, and maintaining high standards of presentation and stock management.
This role will be based in Moka.
Key Responsibilities 📋
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a high level of service at all times
- Advise customers on products, recommend suitable items, and support upselling to maximise sales
- Process sales transactions accurately (cash and credit) and ensure all sales are properly recorded
- Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently answer guest queries and provide guidance
- Ensure the boutique is clean, well-organised, and visually appealing at all times
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards, including adapting displays when required
- Monitor stock levels, assist with stock counts, and raise requisitions when necessary
- Ensure all items are properly labelled and stored to avoid loss or damage
- Follow opening and closing procedures and support daily operational requirements
- Handle guest feedback or complaints professionally and report any issues to the Supervisor
Ideal Candidate Profile 🎯
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented with a proactive and customer-focused approach
- Well-organised with attention to detail
