Job Description

  • Assist customers and employees for any information
  • Work in close collaboration with office staff to notify them of incoming calls promptly and prepare outgoing mail diligently
  • Ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively and execute all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
  • Providing support to other departments and managers.  
  • Ensure clean office environment.    
  • Do phone surveys/inquiries as needed.  
  • Routinely re-order department supplies.   
  • Update mail/phone directories. 
  • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.

Qualifications and Experience:

 

  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal (English and French).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Integrity and confidentiality.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality.
  • Customer service attitude
  • Team Player
  • Prior experience in a similar position would be an advantage
