Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Initiatives

  • Lead and support strategy development to enable global sustained growth and profitability, including identifying and assessing new products, new geographies, target markets and companies for acquisition.

  • Monitor, collate, and disseminate market information (ex: industry trends, competitor activity, etc.) to relevant management/executives to ensure the organization stays abreast of market activities and proactively takes action to maintain competitive advantage; lead the preparation of regular competitive/industry analyses on major global or regional competitors for Board presentations and as requested by the company.

  • Ensure adherence to internal operational procedures across the team.

  • Support strategic business development for the department.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service.

  • Develop and build a pipeline of new business opportunities in core, adjacent, and new markets with complementary industries to capitalize on synergies (joint ventures/partnerships) to expand the reach of the business and increase profitability.

  • Follow up on client requests and complaints, collaborating with the Quality Department.

  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.

  • Participate in the preparation of costing and pricing calculations.

  • Conduct client meetings as required to support operational needs.

Performance Metrics & Accountability

  • Prepare monthly KPIs based on departmental standards and business requirements.

  • Ensure the CRM is kept up to date

  • Ensure compliance with SOX, Health & Safety standards, and all Brink’s governance policies.

  • Maintain the highest levels of integrity, ethics, and professional standards.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Participate in tool development, process improvement initiatives, and innovative actions to optimize service delivery.

  • Foster a positive work environment and maintain strong employee relations.

  • Create and promote a cooperative, engaged, and productive team culture.

  • Outline additional areas of focus for process enhancement or efficiency gains.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Management/ Marketing with HSC with relevant experience

  • 3-4 years’ experience in business development, B2B sales or as an Account Manager

  • Solid Experience in CRM Software

  • LEAN Management Certification will be a plus

  • Intermediate Microsoft office user (PowerPoint, Excel, Word…)
