Job Description
- Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models (mechanical, electrical, civil) across projects
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, protocols, and client requirements
- Manage model federation and perform clash detection using tools like Navisworks
- Support project teams in the implementation of BIM processes and workflows
- Review and validate models to ensure accuracy, consistency, and constructability
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to resolve technical coordination issues
- Maintain and update BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project documentation
- Monitor model progress and ensure timely delivery aligned with project milestones
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams on BIM tools and practices
- Ensure proper data management and version control of BIM models
- Participate in coordination meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM standards within EKIUM AMIO
