Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Design and deliver enterprise solutions 
  • Produce BoMs and customer technical proposals 
  • Lead or support RFPs, RFQs, and customer engagements 
  • Implement and commission solutions with full documentation
  • Provide post-sales support, incident resolution, and root cause analysis
  • Ensure compliance with standards and governance 
  • Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing, and Marketing

Required Qualifications and Experience: 

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related discipline 
  • CCNP or equivalent 
  • Minimum (5) five years experience in enterprise network and security solutions 
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, or Palo Alto 
  • Proven experience across presales, delivery, and support 
  • Experience producing BoMs and technical proposals 
  • Valid driving licence

  • Strong technical depth across networking and cybersecurity 
  • Ability to manage end-to-end solution lifecycle
  • Strong customer engagement and communication

  • Adaptability across presales, delivery, and support
