Job Description
- Carries out rounds of assigned area, checking for any maintenance anomaly or missing amenities.
- Reports rooms that need extensive cleaning to superiors and notes request on the discrepancy report.
- Reports all checkouts, early make-up, guest requests and other information to valets or maids.
- Keeps keys secure and monitors Team Members access to rooms.
