Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships within key leisure segment, including wholesale, retail travel agents, tour operators, DMCs, and leisure consortia partners
  • Identify new leisure accounts (local, regional, and international source markets).
  • Respond to enquiries and send accurate quotations within agreed timelines
  • Conduct site inspections and represent the hotel at trade shows and sales events
  • Support contract negotiations and commission structures with partners
  • Monitor occupancy, ADR, REVPAR, and cost of distribution
  • Collaborate on pricing strategies and revenue optimization
  • Ensure up-to-date rate, promotional, and service information is shared with partners
  • Analyse guest feedback and market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Support up-sell and cross-sell initiatives across departments
  • Conduct sales calls (virtual and in-person) and site inspections.

Requirements

  • Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales within a 4-star hotel environment
  • Strong understanding of multi-segment sales (Leisure, MICE, Corporate)
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proficient in hotel PMS, revenue systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
