Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new opportunities, upsell and cross-sell solutions.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor moves.
  • Work hand-in-hand with technical experts to deliver seamless solutions.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • A graduate degree (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years’ experience inB2B sales or account management(telecom/tech preferred).
  • Proven track record in hitting targets and winning clients.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with resilience and drive to succeed. 

Required Skills and Aptitudes:

  • Well-developed interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Strong numeracy and presentation skills.
  • Prioritizing client needs and building strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Ownership of assigned targets and commitments, ensuring timely follow-through.
  • Collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve results.
  • Organizing and prioritizing tasks to maximize productivity and client engagement.
  • Demonstrating initiative in identifying opportunities and solving problems.
  • Calm and methodical, with ability to effectively function in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ensuring precision in account management, reporting, and customer interactions.

Candidate must possess a valid driving license for a private car.
