Plumbing Maintenance

• Carry out basic plumbing repairs including fixing leaks, replacing taps, unclogging drains, and maintaining water systems
• Inspect and repair toilets, sinks, showers, and other plumbing fixtures
• Assist in maintaining water pumps, heaters

• Conduct routine building inspections to identify areas needing repair or improvement
• Perform carpentry tasks such as repairing doors, windows, furniture, and fittings
• Paint and refinish walls, surfaces, and furniture as required
• Assemble or relocate furniture and equipment
• Carry out minor masonry and tiling works
• Maintain outdoor areas, walkways, and storage spaces

Preventive and Safety Maintenance:

• Follow preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and utilities
• Ensure tools and maintenance materials are properly stored and in good working order
• Observe all safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Report potential hazards or unsafe conditions immediately
