Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and direct guests to their seat, present menus and take orders. 
  • Performs mise-en-place of tables, service stations as instructed by immediate supervisors. 
  • Must be familiar with all items on the menu including ingredients in dishes/cocktails. 
  • Cleaning of work place and perform auxiliary duties. 
  • Ensure speedy and efficient service. 
  • Present bills and ensure that bills are signed or paid by guests. 
  • Talk to guests to gather feedback on quality of service and suggestions, if any, for improvement. 
  • Ensure proper utilization of all material and equipment available to the section and participate in inventory taking.

  • A minimum of 2 years' working experience.
