Job Description

We’re looking for a Marketing & Communication Specialist who can own and execute marketing initiatives in a true end-to-end, project-driven environment — from strategy to conversion.

This is a hands-on role for someone who combines creativity with execution, and can move fast while staying results-focused. A good notion of Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) is essential to create high-quality, impactful visual content.

You’ll play a key role in driving visibility, engagement, and growth, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.

Among your role;

Strategic Planning and Implementation

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to promote the school’s programs and courses.

Content Creation and Management

  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content for the business school's website, social media platforms, and email newsletters.
  • Work closely with the academic and admissions teams to produce content that highlights the school’s courses, faculty, success stories, and events.

Social Media and Website Management

  • Develop and manage the school’s presence across various social media platforms.
  • Engage with prospective students, alumni, and other stakeholders through regular posts, stories, and updates.
  • Oversee the updates of the business school’s website, ensuring that all information is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.
  • Analyze website performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to enhance user experience and conversion rates.

Lead Generation and Conversion

  • Implement and manage lead generation strategies to attract prospective students.
  • Collaborate with the academic team to ensure a seamless handover of leads and track the conversion process.

Brand Management

  • Ensure that all marketing efforts are consistent with the MCCI Business School’s brand identity and messaging.
  • Manage reputation by monitoring reviews, testimonials, and mentions of the MCCI Business School across digital platforms.

Events

  • Develop and implement events such as open days, webinars, guest lectures and  ensure brand visibility through educational exhibitions.
