The Customer Service Support Officer will act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service across multiple communication channels. The role combines frontline customer interaction with back-office administrative support, contributing to both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

This position operates on a rotational 24/7 basis, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, in line with our commitment to round-the-clock client support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer requests via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person.
  • Provide accurate quotations and assist with policy issuance and renewals.
  • Advise clients on available insurance products and services.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of queries.
  • Maintain accurate records in customer management systems.
  • Support the operations team with administrative and policy-related back-office tasks.
  • Escalate issues as needed while ensuring clear documentation and communication.
  • Uphold Quantum Insurance’s standards of service in every interaction.



Required Profile:

  • Minimum School Certificate (SC).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or call handling role, including managing inbound and/or outbound customer interactions.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team under shift-based and time-sensitive conditions.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work on a rotational shift basis (24/7), including nights, weekends, and holidays.

This role is essential for both customer engagement and internal operational flow. The selected candidate should demonstrate maturity, reliability, and adaptability in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
