About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-driven, curious, and motivated fresh graduate to kickstart their career as a Quality Officer. This role is all about making sure our products, processes, and systems meet the required standards of quality, safety, and compliance. You’ll be the eyes and ears on the ground, spotting issues early, supporting audits, and helping build a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of quality systems (HACCP)

• Assist with quality inspections, product checks, document checks

• Maintain accurate quality records and reports

• Participate in internal audits

• Report non-conformities, deviations, and assist in root cause analysis.

• Collaborate with production and operations to identify and solve quality issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Quality Management, or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.

• Good communication skills (written and verbal).

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)

• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment
