Responsibilities:

• Promote and educate customers about various beauty and health products across pharmacies.
• Cross-sell and upsell products when appropriate to enhance customer experience.
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked and provide guidance on replenishment orders to pharmacies.
• Maintain an updated customer list for follow-ups and to share special offers available at pharmacies.
• Assess customer needs and recommend products suited to their skin and body care.
• Demonstrate how products work and guide customers on effective usage.

Profile:

• Good customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Presentable and professional appearance.
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
• Prior experience as a Beauty Advisor, with knowledge of various skin and hair types, is a plus.
