Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient customer service when handling customers at cash desk
- Register payments from customers using procedures given by the Head Cashier
- Ensure reconciliation of sales with amount in till at the end of the day
- Assist customers at Reception Desk as and when required.
Candidate profile:
- Minimum Qualification: School Certificate (SC)
- 2 years experience in customer service
- Computer Literate
- Organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work successfully both autonomously and as part of a team environment
- Ability to respond efficiently and effectively to all request in a timely manner
- Good outgoing personality and customer’s oriented
- Ready to perform odd hours of work, including Sundays and Public Holidays
