Job Description:

The Job incumbent shall be responsible to always assist the Finance Manager in ensuring the proper running of the accounting department and in providing relevant reports or performing related accounting duties as and when required. He/she shall be responsible for interpreting and analysing balance sheets and conducting internal financial control. He/she shall always adhere to applicable accounting standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with managing the treasury activities of the company
• Is responsible for Accounting Modules
• Review and oversee VAT and TDS preparation and other statutory filings
• Prepare monthly processing fees to be billed to contractual clients and gross margin reports
• Monthly reconciliation of costing/sales and purchases/stock provisions/payroll and VAT to ledger
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly Management Accounts/consolidated reports for Management/Board purposes
• Assist with Annual forecasts and Budget preparation
• Assist with year-end audits/tax queries in view of audit sign off

Profile of the Ideal Candidates

• Degree in Accounting & Finance
• Minimum 5 years working experience in the Manufacturing sector
