RESPONSIBILITIES

• Good knowledge in kitchen
• Preparation of Food.
• Assist in food production for standards.
• Assist in preparation and portioning as and when required.
• Ensure Hygiene and cleanliness of areas and coolers at all times.
• Maintain all equipment in working condition.
• Co-ordinate with all the productions center for on completion of flight production.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum requirements NC3/NC2
• School Certificate
• Previous Experience in the Hotel & Restaurant environment
