| 15 | Handle and monitor guests complaints and the relevant follow up action required |
| 16 | Interact regularly with guest to obtain feedbacks for improvement |
| 17 | Prepare and ensure that duty roster for the department is done such that there is complete coverage at all times and to minimize overtime costs |
| 18 | Follow up on punctuality, controls absenteeism and takes corrective actions where necessary |
| 19 | Ensure that there is a proper planning and control of annual leaves for the department |
| 20 | Promote and attempt upsellings |
| 21 | Make inventory of materials and equipment for stock control |
| 22 | Report any breakages, defects, loss of operating equipments and accessories to Sports and Leisure Manager |
| 23 | Manage his / her Business Unit as independent profit centre |
| 24 | Follow up on billing |
| 25 | Set the annual operating budget and ensures that it is strictly adhered to and managed on a monthly basis |
| 26 | Establish cost management plan |
| 27 | Manage roster |
| 28 | Ensure respective TMs are operating as per Quality Management System |
| 29 | Ensure respective TMs are operating as per S&H regulations and policies |
| 30 | Conduct Operational comunication meeting (one to one) with his / her TM |
| 31 | Coordinate all duties conducted by the Leisure & Sport team |
| 32 | Responsible for “mise en place” of activities as per programme |
| 33 | Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units |
| 34 | Notify the Sustainable Development Department of any matters that may pose any impact to the environment and society |
