Job Description

Your Role:

  • Manage and handle data processing functions on a day-to-day basis.

  • Process daily customer sales files efficiently.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer files for reference and statistical purposes after vehicle delivery.

  • Assist in delivering high standards of customer service.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to process and integrate related data.

  • Process informational data and forward it to the appropriate personnel for approval.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards relevant to your duties.

Your Profile:

  • HSC holder.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Computer literate.

  • Knowledge of NTA/Registrar processes.

  • Understanding of general insurance procedures and requirements.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent in both English and French (written and oral).

  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.

  • A proactive problem-solver with strong decision-making skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • High ethical standards and reliability.
